1. Care Packages
A package of: Steel Magnolias' inspirational and educational material, with needed items after surgery is given to breast cancer patients, the day of surgery at Regional Medical Center.  Some care packages are mailed to newly diagnosed patients or patient can come to the Steel Magnolias office.

2. Steel Magnolias Are Praying For You
The Steel Magnolias Correspondent Chaplain is then called. She immediately mails a prayer card, and places your name on the Steel Magnolias' prayer list that will be shared with members at Steel Magnolias Group meetings. Steel Magnolias pray for everyone on the prayer list.

3. Snacks and Water Coolers
Snacks are paid for and delivered to treatment rooms at NEARMC by Steel Magnolias.  Water coolers are maintained in Clearview Cancer Institute, Suite 602 of the Physicians Center, and in 4th floor Regional Medical Center Chemo Treatment Room.  Payment for service is made to Kyuka Waters by Steel Magnolias.

4. Steel Magnolias Group Meetings
Steel Magnolias and Men of Steel meet once a month in the Private Dining Room of RMC, Anniston, AL. There are no S.M. meetings during November and December.  We have a Christmas Brunch the first Saturday in December.  Active members and active volunteers--by invitation.

5. Steel Magnolias Dining Vouchers
Dining Vouchers are provided for two family members of any cancer patient, in surgery, at North East Alabama Regional Medical Center. Vouchers are redeemable in the RMC hospital cafeteria.

6. Steel Magnolias Pinks Boutique
The Steel Magnolias' Pinks Boutique, is located in the Physician's Center, across from suite 407.  It is stocked with Mastectomy Bras, Breast Prosthesis Wigs caps and scarves. We also offer assistance with compression garments. These items are free to breast cancer patients.  Please call Our office for an appointment at 256-231-8827.   Please contribute your no longer need wigs, mastectomy bras and prosthesis.

7. Steel Magnolias Newsletter
A monthly newsletter, Janurary-October, edited by Elaine Johns is an inspirational publication, a source of information about upcoming events, news about meetings and Steel Magnolias' activities, a joke page and news about testing and treatments.  We invite questions to be answered in the newsletter.

9. Steel Magnolias ' Physicians Center Office
The Steel Magnolias Office is located in suite 407 of the Physicians Center. Currently, our office is staffed (part time) in the afternoon, by Steel Magnolias volunteers:    Every effort is made to have a volunteer, Monday through Friday, in the office 11-4 p.m.. Phone  (256) 231-8827  

10. Men of Steel                                                                                                          
Support Group for husbands and boyfriends of breast cancer survivors and for men who themselves are breast cancer survivors.  Meeting each 4th Tuesday, 5:00 p.m., in the RMC Private Dining, Anniston.

11. Breast Cancer Awareness Program 
Girls, grades 9-12 awareness program, taught by volunteer Registered Nurses.

12. Speakers Bureau
Speakers are available for clubs and churches.  To schedule a speaker Email Elaine@steelmagnoliasinc.org

13. Designated contributions can be made for any of these services.  All contributions are used to provide services for local cancer patients, to encourage survivors or to teach early detection.  Steel Magnolias is dependent on contributions and fundraisers, as we work to ease the suffering of local cancer patients.
